The good birth

It’s important that your birthing space feels like a safe and comforting nest so that the love hormone oxytocin — which helps your contractions progress — can do its work. Being as relaxed and secure as possible creates the best conditions for a positive birth experience. Gentle lighting, a pleasant scent, warmth, and massage can all be wonderful. You may also benefit from exercises that help open the pelvis and provide natural pain relief. Here you’ll find equipment and accessories that can be helpful to have when your labor begins. If you’re looking for birth pools and accessories, we’ve gathered them here.
