When you have to work with contractions, it can be a "life saver" with extra heat on the lower back or on the stomach. The heat has a pain-relieving and muscle-relaxing effect, and can be a good help in labor.

Our heating pads are made of organic cotton and are filled with wheat kernels that retain heat. The pillow heats up quickly in the microwave. The pads can also be put in the freezer and used for cooling, which can be nice if you get hot - giving birth is hard work!

The small pillow is good for the face, neck and chest, as well as for more concentrated heat in one specific place.

Size: 53 x 11 cm

The pads can get very hot, so start by giving them only a few seconds until they reach a comfortable temperature. NOTE: Heating pads are not recommended as pain relievers if you have had an epidural.
