Rental of birth pool - Standard

Rent your tub and all accessories. Here you can rent our most popular birthing tub, La Bassine standard, with plenty of space for 1 person.

La Bassine's standard tub has stable, inflatable sides that you can lean on, as well as a soft inflatable bottom so that you sit comfortably - even if you are sitting on your knees.

There is plenty of room for one person in the tub and the two internal handles make it easy for you to move around in the water.

The sides of the tub are transparent so that midwives and birth attendants can easily follow along.

If you want a larger birthing vessel, you can rent La Bassine Maxi, which has room for 2 people.

For reasons of hygiene, it is mandatory to use disposable liners. The price for the liner (369 NOK) is included in the rental price .

You have the tub with you for the entire period you can give birth at home (5 weeks).

The rental price includes:

• Feeding vessel La Bassine standard
• Original disposable liner that fits the feeding trough
• Storage bag for the feeding trough
• Air pump
• Water pump, for easy emptying of the tub
• Water hose for filling
• Water hose for emptying
• Connection to faucet
• Patch set
• Manual for setting up and unpacking
• A deposit of NOK 500 is added and is security for booking your delivery vessel during the period, as well as security for any damage to vessels or accessories. The deposit is refunded after the vessels and equipment have been delivered. If you wish to cancel the rental, the deposit will not be refunded.
  

The equipment package

The tub comes with the most essential accessories so you can easily fill and empty it, but it can be nice to rent some extra equipment that makes the whole process simpler.

The equipment package includes:

• Waterproof base, so you avoid splashing water
  
• Lid for the feeding trough so that the water can stay warm
  
• Liquid thermometer so you can keep track of the temperature
  
• Pøllenet (disposable), for quickly fishing impurities out of the water
  

Shipment

You can pick up your package free of charge at our address in Silkeborg. If you choose to send the package, you can buy shipping to the package shop round trip. If you want delivery right to your door, you can choose it at check-out.
