A little necklace with a long tradition

For generations, amber has been used as jewellery for babies and small children and is traditionally associated especially with the period when the first teeth come through. This lovely baby necklace is made from genuine Baltic amber in a beautiful, light lemon-yellow shade.

The beads are large and oval, with amber’s natural variations and warm glow. They are gently polished without the use of harmful substances, so the amber’s natural character is preserved.

Light amber is naturally rich in succinic acid (succinic acid), which occurs naturally in Baltic amber. Amber jewellery has traditionally been worn close to the skin, among other things in connection with teething.

The necklace measures 33 cm and is intended for babies and small children up to around 3 years old.
